OLLIN is a community management platform operated by private founders in Israel. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account details: name, email address, phone number (optional), profile photo.
• Content you post: messages, photos, events, and other community content.
• Children's data (if applicable): name, medical information, emergency contacts.

Automatically Collected

• Device type and operating system.
• Error reports (without personal identifiers).
• Anonymous usage statistics.

3. How We Use Information

• Operating the service: managing accounts, community communication, sending notifications.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Improving the service: anonymous aggregate analysis only.

We do not use data for targeted advertising and we do not sell personal data.

4. Children's Data

Some communities manage information about children. Children cannot create accounts on their own – data is managed by authorized adults only. Access is restricted to authorized community staff and linked parents or guardians.

5. Information Sharing

• We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform (hosting, notifications, error monitoring).
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share data for advertising purposes.
• Content you post is visible to community members based on your role and permissions.

6. Data Security

• All traffic is encrypted in transit.
• Passwords are hashed – never stored as plaintext.
• Access controls ensure users only see data they are authorized to access.
• API keys are stored securely.

7. Your Rights

• Access your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and data.
• Request data export (JSON/CSV).
• Withdraw consent for analytics.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• Data is kept while your account is active.
• Account deletion is available in-app. Deletion removes authentication records, anonymizes your profile, and removes analytics data.
• Backups are purged within 90 days.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside Israel using appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be published in the app and on the website. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
